Policy

All bookings must be made via one of the following methods: • Email: bookings@centralcleanersservice.com • Phone / WhatsApp: 07399 419603 We kindly ask that bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted methods: Cash, bank transfer, or card (if available on-site). • Invoices for commercial clients will be issued with 7-day terms unless otherwise arranged. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, at our discretion. • Missed appointments without any notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged in full.
